Acceptance of These Terms

Who Can Open an Account

Your Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold exactly one active account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your name or someone else's — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Keeping your details accurate

You must provide truthful information at registration: your legal name, date of birth, and the mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. If your details change, update them promptly via the account settings or by contacting support.

Password and access security

Deposits and Payments

1qqq accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods only:

All funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. 1qqq does not charge a fee for deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges.

Withdrawals and Processing Times

Withdrawals are paid back to the same mobile wallet used for the deposit. The processing times and limits below apply after any KYC verification is complete.

KYC before your first withdrawal

Before 1qqq processes your first withdrawal, you must submit one valid identity document: a National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Our team reviews submissions within 6 hours. Bonus Terms and Wagering

All bonuses offered by 1qqq — including the welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and referral rewards — are subject to the following general conditions.

Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Wagering must be completed within the validity window shown at the time the bonus is claimed. Any remaining bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement before expiry will be removed automatically.

1qqq reserves the right to review and void bonus claims where unusual betting patterns are detected — for example, low-risk combination bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on 1qqq are supplied by licensed providers including JILI, KA Gaming, Playtech, Sexy Gaming, and CQ9. Each game operates under the provider's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) and publishes its own RTP figure. The RTP values shown in our game lobby reflect long-term statistical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round result is determined by the server record, not the client display. Contact support with the relevant transaction ID if you believe a round result was recorded incorrectly.

What You Must Not Do

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1qqq and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent closure:

• Colluding with other players in card games, including Teen Patti.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• Depositing funds from accounts not registered in your own name (money laundering).
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members.

Limitation of Our Liability

1qqq provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access; scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance wherever possible. 1qqq is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, delayed transactions caused by third-party payment providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

When These Terms Change

1qqq may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make a material change, we will notify active players via the email address or phone number on their account at least 7 days before the new terms take effect — except where changes are required by law, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Continuing to use 1qqq after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account and withdraw your available balance before the new terms come into force.
